The Jiffy Original composite system consists of high-quality polishing cups, disks, points, and brushes. The polishers feature our specially formulated grit that gives a beautiful finish on any composite material and are available in coarse, medium, and fine grits for fast and complete shaping of any composite restoration. The polishing cups feature a flared, flexible, thin-wall design that is ideal for polishing near the gingiva. Jiffy HiShine™ polishers featuring ultrafine grit are also available to provide an extra smooth and highly polished finish.

Intraoral Shaping and Polishing
Use Jiffy Coarse Green cups, disks, and points for gross adjustments and shaping.
Use Jiffy Medium Yellow cups, disks, and points for fine shaping.
Jiffy Natural Medium Yellow wheels are malleable spiral-shaped wheels designed to naturally and easily conform to all tooth surfaces, including occlusal.
Use Jiffy Fine White cups, disks, and points for fine polishing.
Jiffy Natural Fine White wheels are malleable, spiral-shaped wheels designed to naturally and easily conform to all tooth surfaces, including occlusal.
Use 7011 Jiffy Coarse Green Polishing cup to shape cusps, labial/buccal, and cervical areas. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7015 Jiffy Coarse Green Polishing disk to shape labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7019 Jiffy Coarse Green Polishing point to shape occlusal and labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7012 Jiffy Medium Yellow Polishing cup to polish margins and labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7016 Jiffy Medium Yellow Polishing disk to polish labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7020 Jiffy Medium Yellow Polishing point to polish occlusal and labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 6089-1 Jiffy Natural Medium Yellow wheels to polish all areas except near the gingiva, where a Jiffy Medium Polishing cup should be used.
Recommended speed: 5,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7013 Jiffy Fine White Polishing cup to create final polish on cusp, labial/buccal, and cervical areas. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7017 Jiffy Fine White Polishing disk to create final polish on labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7021 Jiffy Fine White Polishing point to create final polish on occlusal and labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 6090-1 Jiffy Natural Fine White wheels to create final polish on all areas except near the gingiva, where a Jiffy Fine White Polishing cup should be used.
Recommended speed: 5,000–8,000 RPM.
Intraoral Final Polishing
The Jiffy Ultrafine HiShine Blue polishers are an additional step to provide an extra smooth and highly polished surface.
Jiffy Regular and Pointed brushes are impregnated with abrasive silicon carbide particles to give an excellent final polish.
The unique Jiffy Goat Hair Brush used with Ultradent’s Diamond Polish Mint provides another option for a final esthetic finish.
Use 7014 Jiffy Ultrafine HiShine Blue Polishing cup as an additional step to create an extra smooth and highly polished finish on cusp, labial/buccal, and cervical areas. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7018 Jiffy Ultrafine HiShine Blue Polishing disk as an additional step to create an extra smooth and highly polished finish on labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use 7022 Jiffy Ultrafine HiShine Blue Polishing point as an additional step to create an extra smooth and highly polished finish on occlusal and labial/buccal surfaces. Recommended speed: 3,000–8,000 RPM.
Use Jiffy Composite Brushes impregnated with abrasive silicon carbide particles to create a final finish on all surfaces. For best results, apply pressure during polishing. Recommended speed: 1,000–3,000 RPM.
